Welcome to our little slice of the world wide web. Over the years our families have scattered across the United States; anywhere from Washington to Pennsylvania, Arizona to Kansas, and all points in between. This site is intended as a tool of keeping the family up to date on events we think are important to us to share with others. With today's technology, the internet can narrow the distance between us and allow us to maintain better contact.

This site started sometime in 2002, since then it has made multiple transformations. Starting out as static HTML pages served up by some low budget host. Wanting more, the site was brought down, and a new host was sought. With our current host, endless possibilities with site creation was achieved. Far greater than just your static HTML pages created with *GASP* Frontpage *GASP*. We now have blogs our members can write, games that are hosted on our server, a photo gallery in which members can upload and share their images, forums where online conversations take place. All done in HTML, PHP, and MySQL.

This site serves a couple purposes. More importantly, it was set up with the intention of keeping immediate and extended family members up to date with events and things we find interesting enough to share. Whether it be news about a newborn child, a fictional story someone took the time to write, or just hanging out in the forums to chat. It doesn't matter what goes on here, what does matter is it's ours. Feel free to surf the site. If you have some time to kill, check out the "Games" section, and play a few flash games, check out the forums and read some conversations between members.
